Our instructors have decades of industry and teaching experience. They are considered an authority at the subject matter taught.

Anu Arora

Anu Arora is an accomplished senior technology leader with a proven track record for the quality of world-class software products including Microsoft’s Windows. In her 18 years of experience in high tech industry, her key experiences were around delivering high quality products through strategy, partnership, listening to the customers around the world and building highly skilled organizations.

She implemented state of the art Quality Assurance (QA) practices as a Principal Software Engineer on Microsoft Corporation's Engineering Excellence where she was chartered with teaching and helping all of Microsoft Test get better. Passionate about shipping high quality software, she speaks at various forums on topics like 'Software Testing’, 'Driving Quality' and 'Developing Bug free products'.

She also teaches software Testing and certification classes at various educational institutions. Anu also designs and delivers custom-made software engineering training curriculum for GET HIRED programs and other companies including skill based training for leads and managers.

With a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, prior to this Anu worked on building helicopters in India.

Bruce Cronquist

Bruce Cronquist is a guest presenter in the Testing and Successful Career Hunting series.

He has over forty years of experience helping people learn everything from testing computer software to snowboarding. He has been active in the computer industry for over thirty years.
Twenty-four of those years were spent at Microsoft Corporation developing, testing, and shipping software and services. The last four of those years were in the Engineering Excellence team where he trained Microsoft testers and developers in the most up-to-date software development methodologies such as Testing in Production, Data Driven Quality, and eXpereince Outcomes.

He presently manages the training of over 1200 engineers in the Emerging Technologies Division of EMC2. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Valerie, and their two adopted "foster failure" dogs Gracie Rose and Ellie May.
